Donna Dobrovich has been a Certified Executive Coach since 1999, when she founded DFD & Associates, a firm that specializes in executive, leadership and team development. She works with leaders, leadership teams and high potential employees in all sizes of organizations and types of industries, to support them in achieving goals and maximizing their effectiveness and fulfillment. Donna brings over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, training, facilitation and quality management. She attained her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Maryland and her Masters Degree in Social Psychology from Arizona State University.

Donna received her certification as a professional coach from New Ventures West in San Francisco, California, which is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Donna is currently a member of the Phoenix chapter of the ICF and was previously an officer of the local chapter of the Professional Coaching and Mentoring Association (PCMA). Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Donna was an executive in a global telecommunications company responsible for organizational development. She currently serves as a Board member and Executive Committee member of the Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA.

Donna has a passion for leadership and for learning and growth as well as the ability to create powerful growth opportunities with her clients. Donna enjoys both individual and group coaching and her work results in long-term sustainable change, meaningful and measurable or observable results and the ability to continue self-growth and development after completion of the coaching program.

Donna is known for her holistic approach to coaching and her focus on outcomes and key business/organizational results. Her ability to greatly increase her clients’ self-awareness, communication abilities and willingness to take on new practices lead to the client’s achievement of their full potential in leadership and in life.
