Pete is a Master Certified Coach, who is passionate about supporting leaders at all levels of the organization hone their leadership skills and effectiveness to create high levels of business results.
Pete’s 30 years of coaching and consulting experience includes sales, operations, human resources, leadership development and succession planning. He has worked in the corporate, nonprofit and private sectors. Pete has been trained in a variety of coaching methodologies and currently is on Faculty at Adler International Learning.
Pete’s business experience has ranged from sales to project management, human resources and operations management. He was a Vice President and owner of a successful 300 employee contract furnishings firm that worked with Fortune 500 companies delivering over 40 million dollars of goods annually to fast track high impact projects.
Pete has been involved in many other leadership roles including Board Chair for Workshops for Youth and Families, Co Founder and Past President of the International Coach Federation Chapter in Phoenix as well as serving as the Co-Chair of the Executive Coaching Summit.
Pete has a BS degree from Northern Arizona University in Management and Marketing and is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He is a graduate of Coach University and Newfield Networks Graduate Coach program.
Pete is the author of Coach to Win the Leadership Game and has been a guest lecturer on leadership and coaching at Arizona State University’s MBA program. He has been Faculty for Adler International and recently was invited to teach Coaching Skills in Istanbul Turkey.
